IT'S ABOUT TIME #1 | 'GROOVE MEDITATION' on Patreon
After years of studying, performing and teaching music, I have come to realise that too many of us take rhythm for granted; and this is where the problem begins. Music academies often don't spend enough time or effort to get deeper into one of the most (if not the single most) important aspects in music performance.
I would like to share some of my thoughts on rhythm and groove , which you may find valuable, in this 5 lesson/episodes series, which is exclusively available on my Patreon account . The first episode is available now and the next one will be out in two weeks.
'IRRATIONALITIES' RECEIVED 3 AWARDS!
The Independent Music Awards winners were just announced, and I’m thrilled to share with you that ‘Irrationalities’ won in 3 categories!
• The album’s opening track, ‘Easy Come, Easy Go’ received two:
the ‘Jazz Instrumental’ & ‘Vox Pop/Jazz Instrumental’ awards
• I received the ‘Jazz Producer’ award for the overall production of the album
